- Through this period the expectation is to maintained what we have gained through this December period after building off a successful November Trial meet. Training sessions supplied by coach will need to be completed in preparation for Victoria State Championships and then NZ Olympic Trials.
- AUT Millennium will be closed from the 18th of December until the 8th of January. We are currently awaiting confirmation on if we are able to utilise a heated outdoor 33m pool option on the shore (will know in the next few days). Or we will be conducting our sessions through that period from 7-9am at Mt Albert Aquatic Centre - Watch this space.

- Through this period the expectation from your coaches is to complete 3-4x training session per week (3km each). Other types of conditioning is recommended like biking, running, open water swimming, gym, stretching and mobility etc to stay active and maintain fitness. But it is important also to relax, enjoy time with your friends and family as when we restart we have a big training block into NZ age group championships and a big year ahead with many school championships events and swim meets.

Other types of conditioning is recommended like biking, running, open water swimming, stretching and mobility to stay active and maintain fitness. But it is important also to relax, enjoy time with your friends and family.

2023 has been an unforgettable year for CLUB37 and we're incredibly grateful to have shared it all with you. None of what we've all achieved together would be possible without everyone buying into building something bigger than a normal swimming club, so cheers to that! There's no doubt 2024 is going to be even bigger and we can't wait to break some more records with you in the new year.
